As a Lead cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high food quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing cold entrees, appetizers, salads, and desserts according to preparation sheets and recipes for our dining venues, health care centers, and special functions. You will also create accompaniments and garnishes, emphasizing eye appeal and presentation.
