We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator with a focus on HRIS to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative and solution-oriented team that supports the Human Resources department in maintaining and optimizing our human resources information systems (HRIS), with a focus on ADP. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate data management, supporting system functionality, and assisting with various HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have experience working with ADP HR systems.

Responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for ADP Workforce Now and other related ADP platforms.
- Maintain and update employee data in ADP, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information.
- Support system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting within the ADP platform.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including both standard and ad hoc reports.
- Facilitate payroll, benefits, onboarding, and timekeeping processes using ADP.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and recommend improvements to streamline workflows.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on HRIS functions and self-service tools.
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and finance teams to ensure seamless data integration and process flow.
- Help with general HR administrative duties, including maintaining personnel records and supporting compliance efforts. Minimum Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR or HRIS coordinator role, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
- Hands-on experience with ADP, with a strong preference for Workforce Now.
- Strong skills in data management and reporting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
